MANILA, Philippines — Several local government units (LGU) have declared class suspensions for Monday, November 10, in anticipation of Typhoon Uwan’s possible impact.
Among the areas that declared class suspensions as of Friday include San Manuel town in Isabela — one of the provinces expected to be directly hit by Uwan.
