We went to Kuya Yves’ place to have lunch there. Before that, he picked us up and we stopped by to buy the ingredients we needed. We decided to cook chicken tinola. After buying everything, we headed to their house and started preparing the food.
While cooking the tinola, we spent the time talking about all sorts of things—school happenings, future plans, and silly stories. The atmosphere in their home was warm and relaxed, like a simple family lunch. While waiting for the others to arrive, we kept chatting and laughing.
It was a simple day, but filled with fun and good company.
